Stupid Ass FireFox

I have it set to auto-update because browser hijacks and zero day exploits can be risky. Then just now the stupid thing updates and voids the 3 extensions I use because they are "incompatible with the new version". Those fucking asshole twats!
I'm 'bout to roll back this update or get rid of firefox all together. Frickin clowns!

Yup! Nothing yet... one will not be supported because they made a whole separate program that accomplishes what the extension did a few years back. But the program sucks and doesn't work right. The other extension I use the most often is rather simple and I'm sure there will be something new to replace it soon. As for the other extensions... I can't comment yet because I have to visit my new baby niece in the hospital & drive for Uber (otherwise I'm gonna default on a debt payment this weekend) & help move stuff in a rental truck.

I stopped using firefox recently because it got really slow, and kept locking up. The new version is supposedly fast again.. at this time back on chrome.

what plugins are you using that broke? im sure they will be updated shortly.

I'm on my telephone currently not my desktop which is the Firefox I'm speaking about so I can't get exact details. It's turned off so I can't logI'm remotely. But they are 3rd party apps extensions or plug-ins (what ever they are called) so they may not be updated if the company/ development team are no longer around.

I hate criticizing decisions when I know very little details behind it. Like maybe they had good reason to not try to keep the update compatible with 3rd party apps.

I'm annoyed because one of them was an auto click and fill program used for repeated testing webpages. Mouse clicks, document submission, point and click. And they rendered it useless code now. I'll have to check if the updated standalone app is better than what it was if they still exist.
