When I saw this topic this am I checked my UT and went to the CTF tab and it loaded all the servers just fine... so I'm not so sure what the big deal is.

u have 3 query servers now 2 maybe even 1

From what I have read (at my forum - which the UT99.org postings point to - see link) is that it isn't all that simple.
Your browser may have shown that all is OK, because of some settings.
Again, I am barely wrapping my head around it as I haven't read it all yet.
We are working on a "Best Settings" over at HUTP for Master Servers, but barely started.
Even so, we are making great headway that may help all, even new players.
