Here's a link to a small little program that provides all sorts of good info about your video card.
Program is called "GPU-Z" and it works really well. By the way, there's screen capture functionality built into this program as well. Click on the camera icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and it takes a screen shot and turns it into a gif file.
