For the guy with the "PC in a cardboard box" - keep in mind that the motherboard (and all the other components) needs to be properly grounded to A/C Mains. Current flows from negative to positive in a DC circuit. (In layman's terms : get that F'n thing in a proper tower.) Rosewill makes one for like 25 bux, dude.
