Game Crash and Lock up's

So ever since ACE was put in place, I have had the game lock up on me several times a day. The screen just freezes and when I hit the ESC button the screen then just goes black (This seems to happen at the start of the map). No matter what I do from that point I can’t clear it off and have to hard reboot my whole PC. I also have been getting a lot of GPF’s also. From what I have been hearing from others in the server I’m not the only one this has been happening too. Anyone else having similar issues?

whats running on your system such as antivirus or firewall ? i get gpfs on some map switches

Not running much, just whatever the PC comes with. Simple setup. here is # 2 GPF of today

just been alot since ACE, use to be every so often. Now everyday all day...

Just experienced the first freeze up.... I'm able to move my pointer around but when I control alt delete the screen goes black. Then only way to get past is to hard restart. This shit is getting old.

Welcome to my world!! Every day I get lockups..Same shit multiple times a day. It's why most of the time I disappear during a game. The whole system lockup.

No wonder my game crashes almost every map now.

the only time i have problems is if i minimized the game for a bit and came back.. or leaving nexgen windows open during map switches. keep posting the gpfs it will help solve the problem.

When I Played earlier about 4-6 matches i had no crashes so idk

edit: try clearing ut cache running utcachecleaner

click run on the bottom then go back to options tab

delete cache

Boyzel, I get them on a regular basis too. Only been like this since ACE was added. It's quite obvious that ACE isn't perfectly compatible, but we need some type of protection. So this may be the norm, until and if another version of ACE comes out.

what renders are we using and are they the latest versions?

what os r u running? have u tried running it in compatibility mode? i would suggest trying safe mode but i think that screws up ur settings.

Open GL with the latest render. This machine is XP Pro. Then my other PC is Windows 10 open GL. with same render They both do the same thing. Most of the time there is no message, just a frozen locked up PC.

I'm running Windows 10 with the new graphic driver on a beast of a computer and I don't get any lock ups or freezes. Just the regular game crashes we all get from time to time. Hmmmm
