RX map cleanup

Well I have gotten rid of over 100+ maps. I'm still working on cleanup when the server is empty. If I removed your fav map (doubt it) let me know.

opps forgot to put that back. that was disabled so i didn't choose random IG or NW maps. its back on there. I think its a bug with one of our mods. IT happened on another map I was testing.
