You've probably seen the thing somewhere, like either CTF-Titania or DM-Titania. It's on other maps too, but those are the most well known for it. It's basically a big bot in Titan form, that talks trash about everybody, sometimes people on its own team. It won't listen to orders, criticize you if you try to give it any, and it can be configured for team games.
Most often people place it in a confined space near the flag...
...but I'm a big booster in freedom of movement!
1st on CTF maps, eventually extending into CTF4, I've been editing maps to put this thing on: 1 or 2 per team. Edited team colored skins for them, not like a normal skin... just place it on one of them after I assign it to a side, and then let them have at it.
They auto respawn in wherever you originally placed them, which is handy.
That's especially handy as I put them on Mars on a map some of you may recognize:
